ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.To manage the implementation of procedures and the staffing-up of the building prior to opening;
2.To manage a team of approximately 80 people including security, engineering, cleaning, finance and customer service.
3.To ensure the overall smooth operation of the building and its facilities;
4.To proactively consider methods to improve the profile and the standards of the building;
5.To oversee the regular inspections of property management staff and to enforce standards where necessary;
6.To ensure that all contractors are regularly assessed on the basis of clear KPIs;
7.To manage relationships with key stakeholders including the owner, governmental authorities, tenants, etc;
8.To provide annual plans and budgets reflecting the needs of the asset.

JOB REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION:
1.Extensive experience in setting-up and operating commercial/retail buildings;
2.Thorough understanding of the industry;
3.Extremely results-oriented;
4.Outstanding organization skills with an attention to detail;
5.Strong communication skills, with an understanding of English being an absolute advantage;
6.Analytical skills to the extent of drawing up and operating under an approved budget.
